Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility is considered as part of how we design and build, not added at the end.
What we do
- Semantic page structure with a clear heading hierarchy and landmarks.
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Keyboard-operable menus, tabs, accordions and forms with visible focus.
- Descriptive link text and labelled form fields with error messages.
- Text and interface colours chosen for strong contrast.
- Responsive layouts that work from phones to large desktop screens.
- Reduced animation for visitors who set that preference in their system.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as the booking calendar we link to and embedded social platforms, is outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard. We are continuing to review pages and improve any issues we find.
