How this policy applies
Each package page and each written proposal or services agreement sets out what is included, what it costs and how it can be changed or ended. If anything there differs from this page, the plan page or agreement applies.
Before work begins
You can withdraw an enquiry or an accepted proposal before work starts. If a payment has been taken for work that has not begun, it will be refunded in full, less any third-party costs already committed with your agreement.
Fixed scope projects
Work is carried out in agreed stages. If you cancel a project in progress, you pay for the work completed and any committed third-party costs up to the point of cancellation. Deliverables for work you have paid for are handed over under the terms of the agreement.
Monthly plans and developer arrangements
Monthly plans and dedicated developer arrangements are agreed for the period and notice terms shown on the plan or in your agreement. To end an arrangement, give notice in line with those terms. Time already delivered in the current period is chargeable.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will work with you to put it right or refund the amount paid for the affected part of the work. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time once agreed.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, licences, paid plugins and similar items bought from other providers are subject to those providers' own terms and are generally not refundable by Cruzata.
